"The woman here doesn't know how to do silk press. She dang near burned my hair out. She's also classless and wanted to figjt with me for telling her exactly how i wanted my hair. Who puts someone under the dryer for 30 minutes and then BLOWDRYS the hair? Then passes over it 10 times? I stopped her after she passed over a small section of my hair becaise it wasnt right. If a stylist has a messed up wig then shes not a good stylist and an even worse person."
"I was in the salon at the time of Misty's service. She never allowed my stylist to complete her hair before becoming belligerent and impatient. Had she allowed her to finish, I guarantee she would have been pleased as I have for the many years l've been her client. After reading Misty's review, I could not allow this first timer taint my stylist good reputation with LIES. "Misty, really, she did not try to fight you - she tried to work with you and your tedious demands". And Misty failed to mention she WAS NOT CHARGED for the services already perfomed. My hair was dry and my ends were damaged but Ms. Danielle nursed my hair back to health. It's so much longer, shinier, and healthier now. This is a great establishment and I 10/10 recommend."
