The problem I run into with this nail salon is that they tell you to come back at a certain time and they will hold that appointment for you but when you get there, you still have to wait because they will service a walk-in at your appointment time and then you're sitting there waiting and waiting. An appointment is an appointment and should be honored. I found another nail salon because of the aforementioned problem. My time is important too."
