Don’t not come here unless u want to wait hours and hours and hours… I’m the only customer since they opened I been here since 945am and it’s 230 and they still ain’t done.. "I went in for a walk in for braids. This was my second time there the first time they did my braids she messed it up rushing but she did fix them with no problem free of charge so I decided to try them a second time. If I could give ZERO stars I will. The owner Iesha has a very NASTY attitude she doesn’t even talk to customers respectfully. Also I was made (literally forced) to pay for my service before it was completed because I was asking questions about my hair as a licensed braider and hair stylist! I was just all around unsatisfied it hasn’t been 2 weeks and all of my braids are sliding out!! Please don’t waste your money here!! Also I paid $250 for extra small braids nothing is small about them at all"

"I wish it was an option for zero stars!! First of all, I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9:30. I was told the size and length I wanted would be $250 and it would take 4-5 hours.They get there at 9:45. I get inside and waited another hour in the chair for them to prep the hair. 2 women start to braid my hair. One lady did 2 braids and stopped and started working in someone else. I remained calm because I'm understanding. So as the other lady proceeds to braid my hair she tells me it's gonna be $280 for the length I want. I told her that's not what I was told but that's fine. Still really calm! Hours later (3:45 to be exact) my hair wasn't even half way finished. She stopped several times to talk on the phone, eat, pray etc. I asked her how much longer. Isha says another 2 hours because my head is bigger so it takes longer � at this point I'm pissed! I asked them to just put the braids in and I'll braid it down cuz I have to go! 7:00 approaches and I just can't no more! I ended up walking out! The braids are in but now I'm have to go home and braid them down and dip them!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Worst service I have EVER received!!!!!!"
