"I went to Holi because I preferred to be closer to home. The environment seemed unnecessarily hostile, especially since I was one of two people there. Juli did my nails decently enough, but rushed the whole time I received my service (when I got home, I had to re-file some areas slightly). "Kay(?)" did my pedicure, was nice, initially, did a nice job, but was rude because I decided to get an enhancement on one of my toes, after I realizing it looked terrible without one. The place is good when you're pressed for time and in a pinch, but the "vibe" of the place was definitely off."

"I was a patron on 7/28/23 and was treated poorly by Jenny or Tammy (I forgot her name). I have been going to this establishment for several months but this particular day this nail technician was rushing and left gel polish on my fingers that was very noticeable and when I brought it to her attention as well as the other gel on my fingers she got upset over talked me and attempted to remove it with her fingernail hurting my finger. I had to yank my hand from her and ask her what are you doing. Instead of apologizing and asking in a nice way to fix the problem she over talked me and telling me the policy about fixing gel nails as compared to another type of nail. She was rude and unapologetic. She has done my nails before and has never acted this way before. She was talking to another client about them being short staffed(someone not there because of having a baby and another out of the country). No patron deserves this type of treatment. Then she began speaking her native tongue to the other technician so I felt they were talking about me. She did offer to take the polish off but by that time it was late and I had to go to work. She told me I would have to pay for this nail appointment and if I come back later to get the nails fixed I would have to pay again. I asked her how fair is that when you did not give me the service I paid for. So she went to work on another patrons nails and told the other technician to fix what she had messed up. While I was getting my pedicure complaining to the other technician, she came over and said I remove your gel polish(not her fixing the issue) and you pay for your pedicure. She has got some nerve! Mind you I did not get any type of apology when I was talking to her or when leaving. No one said anything! Shame on you!"

"Jenny was great with my particular needs including removing extra glue from my skin from the mail tips. I love how my nails look and feel! I would recommend her to anyone."

"Julie and K did pedicures for my sister and I. My sister got a foot wax and pedicure with miss K. She was efficient and did a nice job. Julie did a gel pedicure for me and gave me a nice calve and foot massage and a gorgeous job on my nails. I was very happy. I have previously been here for nails and toes with my mom and will come back. They do a nice job with eyebrow wax too. Very clean and friendly staff. We made an appointment a few days prior and we got right in at our appointment. Highly recommend"
