"$63 for a refill. Was told Ombré is one color. Argued us down and was wrong. Even Googled it to make sure I wasn’t crazy. My poor friend was not being heard. I hate when people try to get over on you. It’s not about the money, but the principle. We pay less than $63 for full sets in Houston. Then the refill was so quick. They got us but please believe we would encourage anyone to stand up for yourself going in there. They talk over you but I guess they need the money, so over charge people. Horrible experience."

"I was so disappointed today I went in to get a pedicure. I have never seen someone drill the gel polish lightly then go over the gel polish with a non gel polish and then dry the polish like they did something. This was the most horrible, unprofessional service I have ever experienced before from any nail salon. Normally the gel polish is soaked off then drilled, shape and polished. #LAZY"

"This nail salon is terrible. Do not go here if you want something other than a simple manicure. Also the owner and the people that work there don't care about the service they provide. They don't take their time or listen to you at all when you're telling them that you don't like something. My Gel polish was still sticky at the tips and owner tried to reassure that they weren't. I'm not sure how these people are still in business."

"I recently just started back working and I decided that I wanted my nails done , this was the worst experience ever ! The nails look like I did that myself ! I have no money to be wasted so I was highly pissed ! I asked to switch the person to do my nails and they did but the heavier lady just rushed over that so I asked THE OWNER MOLLY to help and she looked at me and told me it was the polish !!!!! My nails are not neat at all ! It was not the polish ! The color is amazing ! It was that they were being lazy !! I'll NEVER spend my money there again !"
