"I got my black nails re done THREE different times with gel polish & they chipped EACH time. One of the lady's kept blaming it on not getting enough UV light but i've never in my life had gel polish chip this much. DONT spend your money here b/c they won't admit to messing up your nails. Also when I wanted to change the color they wanted to upcharge me $10 like it's MY fault my polish chipped. These nail shops need to stop putting polish remover in the nail polish it takes away the quality!"

"Went for a mani/pedi. Pedicure was great until I left my seat. They sat someone there and started their water with NO type of sterilization first. Then they lady hit my wet polish and I WOULD HAVE TO PAY for her to fix her mistake. After 5 days 2 of the nails started to raise. One slipped off so smoothly that I didn't even notice. The other is raising up, but is GLUED TO THE SIDE OF MY FINGER! It hurts like hell. I spent $60 and my full set is garbage. Polish job is streaky and nails are built with NO support. NEVER going back."

"It took a little over an hour to get a gel polish change and they didn't even soak off the old stuff, they just grind it off. They kept leaving me to "finish up other people really quick" that I'm pretty sure they came in after me. It seemed like they are used to people waiting on laundry and not being in a hurry. I got gel American with an accent nail and it was $25. She did an ok job. Probably not going back."
