"I was a loyal customer at the Lakeview location for years. It was wonderful. Now that I live down the street from the Old Metairie location, that’s the new spot. It’s just as great!"
"My appointment was for 4 PM. I walked in five minutes till. They did not sit me down in a chair for my pedicure until 5 PM. At 5:24. My pedicure was completed it was rushed, and frankly below par. I was supposed to get gel tip extensions, a manicure and a polish and I had already waited so long, I didn’t want to continue to wait another hour and a half so I opted out of receiving the rest of my service. They only had a couple of people on staff which is totally fine and understandable, however, they kept accepting walk-ins and putting those people ahead of me because the service they were requesting was “smaller” than mine. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back. I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back."
