I entrusted her with a gel manicure and regular pedicure, emphasizing the importance of keeping my nails short due to my profession in healthcare. Shelly not only delivered immaculate work but also attentively listened to my preferences, ensuring the perfect outcome. Her precision in shaping my nails and meticulous polish application left me incredibly impressed. What truly stood out was Shelly's personalized touch. Upon learning that I was visiting Nola for the week, she went above and beyond by recommending nearby food spots—an unexpected yet delightful gesture that added to the overall experience. As soon as my mom and I walked into the salon, Brandon greeted us and accommodated our request to sit with one another. The girls were so lovely to talk to and made us feel at home! "Let’s get it ! I came all the way from DC and had an amazing experience from beginning to end! I spoke with Brandon a few days prior to my visit and he was very professional and informative about all services and setting expectations for my appointment booking. Once I arrived to NO their location was easily accessible and such a vibe ! From the decor to music selection! My friend and I were able to be stationed next to each other while getting our pedicures (which is always a plus in girl world). We were offered beverages and that of course that was a great touch for our first time experience! Brandon let me know that Angel would be taking care of me during my appoint and she did and outstanding job and was sweet and very friendly. They had the 90’s R&B vibes flowing and I loved it ! Highly recommend and will be sure to return when I’m in town !"

"Probably the most detail-oriented manicure I’ve ever gotten! The lovely owner gave me a fresh set of Gel-X after a botched job overseas. Easy damage-free soak off removal. Now they look stunning! So crisp & clean. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend."
