"I placed a review concerning the horrible service and I received a false response (reply) stating that the problem was solved! It was NOT resolved at all! The service is horrible and I received NO recompense! Shane on this company! You stealing money from people’s bank account and NOT providing the service! I am begging everyone to NOT go there! Spend your money somewhere else!!!!"

"My therapist was thorough and adept in deep tissue massage. Ms. Brandy is the manager of this location and she was very sweet. I'm planning to sign up for the monthly massage program on my next visit!"

"I wish I could give them a zero. So disappointed because this is not the message envy I used to know. I was a member for a long time. Now all they want to do is steal. Their store manager is horrible. But even bigger is that they are trying to swindle me almost over $700 worth of credit that they charged to me during Covid. I froze my account but they are saying now that I forfeited my credit. I have my signed form and email to back it. Their store manager said he will call me back but haven’t heard from him. He is avoiding me and I have reported this to ME corporate. Shady business. Don’t go to ME especially this location. Horrible service and staff."

"Today was the third time our couples massage was cancelled, Mr. Zach is the only one nice there the lady at the front desk right now 06/17/23 @1pm she is very unpleasant she makes you feel is your fault your services are cancelled. When 2 days ago I was contact because their computer was not working and was supposed to all been taking care off well was not the true not to mention my husband and I have memberships and go 2 or 3 times extra a month. I am cancelling this today and make sure all people I know not to take services here with the rude front desk who feels entitle to blame clients for her bad customer service attitude. Go somewhere else where your Patronage and money is value"

"I do not recommend this location, Metairie, or New Orleans. Highly under staffed, never have appointments available, and if you schedule appointments 2-6 months in advance they will call and cancel on you. This happened on atleast 4 different occasions; below is not the only time this has happened. It’s always an excuse with them and no other location will accommodate. They take your money and never provide a service so it’s a scam. UPDATE 22 Sep 2021: So as you can see in response to my original review, I’m not receiving a service I paid for and there’s no attempt to rectify the situation. Excuses as mentioned in the original review. UPDATE 27 Sep 2021: They called today to cancel my appt for 3 Oct 2021 that I schedule before July 2021 because no one is available to provide a service. Awfully convenient."
