"I made my appointment 16 days ago. Arrived on time. It was my first time. Since I had never met the hair stylist I waited and said I have an appointment with this hair stylist. She said I will be with you in a few minutes. So I waited 15 minutes and finally I asked, how much longer? And was told another few minutes. I could see the stylist was doing fools, so I had to repeat myself, how much longer? An hour? And she said maybe another 25 minutes. Maybe a total wait of 40 minutes. I left because I wasn’t sure if 1) the service would be done when I had to leave for another appointment and 2) they didn’t seem to want or care to have me as a client."
