"Holy Hell at a strip mall.... Their attitudes are deplorable and it hurt me to see how they distinctively treated the white ladies better than the black ladies. The technician I use to see there left because Tina wouldn't allow them to keep their tips. Those two ladies are always angry, Tina (hands) and Lee (feet). The very last time Tina drilled to much into my nail and it started to bleed. I think it was intentional because I asked her to drill some of the access acrylic nail off before I soaked them. Tina continued to put nail glue and acrylic on top of the hole she created in my nail bed. I was in the Mississippi woods with my family when I could no longer could bend my finger due to an nasty infection under that acrylic nail a few days later. I immediately went to my primary to receive oral antibiotics and fungicide cream. Glory to god, I may have loss my nail but not my finger. Please DO NOT send anyone you care about to these women. Only an evil person would treat someone to get their nail done here!"

"Needed SNS overlay soaked off. They could have applied gel overlay (as they do not use SNS dip). She filed the existing SNS and added gel overlay to the existing SNS overlay. At first I wanted full nail polish, but she restored the current french tip so well, I decided to keep that style instead. It was clear her expression says she was not pleased with my decision. Upon completing the service with the uv light on gel overlay she injured my index finger by using the sharp file drill with no tip under my free edge and cut me very bad. The injury is just healing after my intense self care. I wash and sanitize my hands all day. The cut was very uncomfortable. This service took place on last Saturday. I was in town visiting family for the first time since COVID. I shall never again patronize Silver Nails. Also, the clear top coat has pealed off of most of my nails. I have had gel nails in the past and to my disappointment, this peeling has never taken place. I pray others have better experiences."

"The girl who do the pedicures now has a nasty attitude and she rushes! They need to get the older lady back she was nice and full of joy. The nails are way to wide and the polish is neverrr on point. The prices are very good so ppl tend to look pass their attitudes. Needs to work on their customer service skills❗️❗️"
