"I was very excited to get my nails done having been months, before I sat down with the OWNER and was beyond insulted and offended. It had been a while since I'd been to the salon. She gave me a very insulting reason as to how she remembered me. I was BEYOND insulted and offended. I told her I wasn't sure how to take what she had said and that it came off very negatively. She went on without apologizong and even told me that she screened my booking. As a business owner I can definitely say this is someone who doesn't respect their customers. I've never entered an establishment I gave business to and was disrespected, even in unfortunate situations. I had never had a run in with anyone there and even went on to refer others to go. I'm appalled at her level of comfort in speaking to paying customers this way. Never again. Beyond disappointed."

"I’ve been on the hunt for a new nail salon and I happened upon this one and it did not disappoint! Sally is very talented and has given me the best dip application I’ve ever had! She takes her time and makes sure it’s perfect. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. I made a mistake with my online booking and they went out of their way to make sure I got my services done."

"I usually have nothing bad to say about this business because they were always kind the couple years I’ve been going. My last visit was for my birthday trip and while the pedicure was good. My nails were rushed and over drilled causing my fingers to bleed. The tech asked me afterwards did I like my nails and I responded saying my fingers are bleeding. Although I was unsatisfied, I left in peace. I guess the owner didn’t like my response so she blocked me from making future appointments. I’m not giving them 2 stars because of the work they do, but I’m giving it to them for the lack of professionalism when it comes to criticism. A customer not liking their nails isn’t grounds to block them."

She truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I always walk out with beautiful nails and feeling so loved! Not to mention, I have never had any broken nails, peeling, or chipping polish after weeks of wear!"
