"DO NOT COME HERE. Especially Kacey. She left literal gashes on my private area and didn't have the decency to tell me. I assumed it was normal post wax bleeding until I got home and experienced burning out of this world. She us too rough! And I later found out a family member also had her as a waxer and experienced something very similar! I now have an infection and am still bleeding and spotting several days later."

"I haven’t gotten my brows waxed since September of 2017, and decided to give Waxing the City (Elmwood) a shot. The great perk is that you receive 50% off your first visit. The regular price of a brow wax is $21.00. I believe it is pricey for brows, but the prices for Brazilians and similar are great. Having thick brows is a challenge due to many artists not having much experience with shaping them. It makes it uneasy to go to a new esthetic. In giving this location a try, I requested my brows be shaped and trimmed, and to not shape them in a curve. That was basically what happened. Thankfully at least, she didn’t take too much off so that I can fix the rest. The location was clean and well lit with while selling additional beauty products. Definitely in a good location for weekend shopping. I wouldn’t return to get my brows waxed. Brazilian, sure. I’ll let you decide from my photos what you think of my brow waxing."
