"Called for an appointment. They said they could fit me right in. I sat down where they told me to sit and then they said they forgot they had someone else and I would have to move and wait. No apology, did not offer to wrap my nails while I waited. Poor customer service on repeat. This was not the first time I had a bad experience. The male owner needs a personality. Will not return."

"I went on a Monday and had a Pedicure and Gel Manicure. The lady and the daughter were very welcoming and pleasurable. The male did my nails; within a matter of hours the gel was coming off. I went in the next day (Tuesday) to show him and see what can be done. He was extremely dismissive and said I need to get fake nails or an overlay because gel won't stay on my real nails. Mind you I've gotten gel manicures the last 10 years never had gel Come off this fast. After telling him I don't want fake nails, he basically just ignored me while standing there. The daughter who was giving someone a pedicure at the time, started responding to me. She did offer to redo them and was super kind, but I just decided to go elsewhere to fix his mistake. The man in there was extremely dismissive and just downright rude. It's unfortunate because both ladies were a pleasure. I won't be returning"

"I went and checked them out a week before I went in to get my toes and hands done well I was told they couldn’t do French manicure. I asked why the man told me that his daughter won’t be back until Tuesday. So no one else could do it. So I had the dip done. I had my toes done first. She was pretty distracted using her phone three or four times. Didn’t cover up the blood spot in my toe with cover up nail polish before she put the nail polish that I selected I brought with me that is you can see the blood spot through my toenail polish. Sloppy polishing on my toes! The week before I came in the girl told me which was the owners daughter that it would cost me $40 to get my nails done finger nails done between 45 for my toes and then 62 for my nails for dip it came to $107 I would never pay that but I had to because that’s what the crooks charge me! My advice to anyone that goes there make sure that you know the price upfront like I was positive I was told and make sure they have somebody they can do what you want because they don’t."
