"Came in on Friday, June 21, about 1130am. Patiently waited for about 45min, with my feet in the water for a Pedicure, only to have the Young Lady, never got her name, to clearly RUSH on my feet...to the point, when she put the scrub stuff on she literally DROP MY FEET, where everyone turned in look to see if we broke smth. She was not even trying to hold my feet up. I’m highly disappointed in this place because she did NOT MASSAGE MY FEET NOR MY HANDS FOR A MANICURE. only told me after the fact, when she told me all Dun....and I ask, what about my massage...she say, we don’t do that here. But the price is still the same as other shops that do. However, when doing my manicure, she tried to explain to me....if they focused on smth else, they will “SKIP” a steep. I also explained to her....WHATS THE RUSH, I waited patiently for you guys. And I never asked you to skip a process. I’m paying for a full service, I deserve that. Not to mention, the “White” Lady beside me got A Massage and Full service, who came after me. Trust me, I told them To there face and the lady face. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."
