"Went and asked for dip and they argued with me saying dip is bad for your nails and it doesn’t dry quick enough. I told them I wanted it anyways and she proceeded to bring her acrylic out. I said “no I want dip”. So she brings dip out and then proceeds to chip several of my nails while filing them after the dip. She then patched them and didn’t even file them and put the gel on over the unfiled nails. I asked why and they said because it’s not drying fast enough. Never going back."

"So a couple of weeks ago I went get a full gel set. This was my first time going there. The guy who did my nails was awesome. It was $45. I go in today to get a refill and to fix one nail. (Mind you that one nail needed a tip ). So the nail tech said that I don’t need to add a tip because my real nail is almost long like the other nails. So I told her instead of adding a tip, just add the acrylic. Well when she was finished she charged me $45. I said how can you charge me $45 for a refill that’s the same price I paid for a full set. I know that she had to fix one nail but I didn’t add any tip to it. That’s crazy. I told her if I’m paying the same price as a full set I should’ve gotten the full set instead. This is my last time going there. They will never get my money ever"

"This is by the far worst nail salon I have ever been to. To start off, as soon as we walk in, no one greets my sister and I until we stopped a worker to tell her what we needed done about 5 minutes later. As we sit and do our nails, one of the ladies, more older, proceeded to file and buff our nails and she was being EXTREMELY rough. My nail beds literally hurt so bad and while using the drill, she cut me many times and cause me to bleed. I told her it was hurting me and she replied that “I was just tender”. The way she did our nails was rushed, forceful, and painful. After this, we continued to pay for our nails and realized they were completed crooked and poorly done. On top of that, the price they told me was not the price I paid at the register and I found it to be quite hefty for what I had gotten done. I do my nails all the time but I do not recommend anyone to go here for their nails."
