Day Nails & Hair Cottage

"I am a current client of Jen and my daughter is a 4 year old with autism. Just a few weeks ago I had no option but to bring my daughter with me to my appointment. Although my daughter is a handful, Jen was very patient and even held her for a little while. When I told Jen that I would have to reschedule bc I know a nail salon is not a place for children If you can help it but she assured me it would be ok and we would make it work. Jen has such a giving and loving heart. It really does take a village. One of the leaders from my church nursery was there also to lend a helping hand. I'm thankful that Jen and Van are part of my village."

"1 star only because I have Never been able reach anyone on their business phone for over a month.. so I took a chance & drove over to them, & to my surprise, it's by appointment only, which is great, but no one answers the phone so I can make an appointment.. :( I took a photo of their door, & there is a note taped that reads.. ((see photo)).. now, how does anyone know this, unless they are sitting at the door reading it?"

"Never thought asking a simple question about adding designs on two nails would make the owner Jen snap on me.I told her I would like to add two nail designs..her answer was"no I'm not doing designs today,I'm to busy". (Mind you I have been going to her for years). My response was y'all don't do any type of designs when y'all busy?..She immediately became rude with me and told her husband to hurry up with me and let me get out....This is not my first time seeing her be rude to customers...but I never thought it would be me..I would not recommend no one to this this place of business...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"The lady is very bossy! Want customers to soak nails for over an hour!!! while she do other clients nails on your time! I waited 3 hours to do my nails! Really! And had the nerve to get an attitude told me I had to soak! Didn't get to her level with her loud talking! Don't have to do anything, but take my business elsewhere! An attitude like that, I won't be the last to walk out!"
