"If I could give less I certainly would! Wanda was the worst! She was disrespectful, rude, and plain hateful to me and to my 9 year old son while cutting his hair. She was even rude to her co-worker regarding lunch. She made my child cry from roughly pulling his hair instead of suggesting to wash it, than made fun of him in disgust when cut hair fell in his crying snot. She not once had empathy. She not once was gentle with him or talked with him, not even after knowing she was hurting him. My son has a few colicks so he is growing it out; his hair is neck length, he was to have his sides and back shaved with top kept long and layered. She cut top to short without regards of visual photo or explanations by him and myself, which now his colicks are pronounced. Wanda's attitude on and about everything from the moment in the chair to walking out, expressed her hate for her job, her clients, her co- workers, maybe herself. Wanda should not be a face for Wonder Cuts unless the goal is for your patrons to "WONDER" how their hair and experience will be."

"I love this place but there are certain people i don’t recommend if you go ask for sarah or there is another girl with red hair idk about anyone else but it was me two boys with me sarah did one boys hair looked great and she took her time and the other boy went to this other girl with brown hair his hair is so messed up every time we go and she does his hair it’s bad and she went through about 4 people in the time that i got about 4 inches off my hair she just wanted the money and it’s sad"

"I've been to this location many times for haircuts and have always had great service until this last week. I went in for a simple trim. I asked for 3 or 4 inches trimmed from the bottom of my hair. The hair stylist was rude asking me multiple times what I wanted after I had already told her and questioning my knowledge of a high pony vs. a low ponytail. I offered to leave but didn't. The haircut was adequate. However, I felt her professionalism was lacking. I paid $17 (no tip) to be spoken to and treated rudely. I truly felt it was because of my age or color. NO THANK YOU. I won't be back again."
