"So I’m trying to be nice. I came and had my hair cut at your barber shop and I know you all are trying to just make a living and do a good job but.. I was charged $65 for a simple haircut.. and I didn’t complain bc that never helps. But I want to help so I’ll share some points. So the reason I came to your establishment is that my usual barber was busy with 4 other customers ahead of me at the opening and I was in a rush.. but I have to say that I should have just waited. I would have been given a nose and ear waxing a face cleanser massage and a hair wash if necessary plus a precise aligned and faded clean beard and hair cut for $60. That happens EVERY time I go there. I WISH you the best and hope you can see that the name of your business is catchy but the system you have going does not back it up."

"So I went to this place thinking I would come out with a good haircut but no I ask for a low taper with a textured fringe and he gave me a sideways bull cut and I can’t even style it anymore because it is so short and I also told him to keep off the bulk either fire that guy or shut down this business because this is outrageous, y'all cannot cut hair correctly."

"I have written very few reviews but this is in need of attention. I had a barber who clearly did not know what he was doing. I had gotten there and tried to explain that all I had wanted was a light trim off the back, less than a few inches all around, and that I wanted to keep the sides and the top at generally the same length. After I had explained what I had wanted, I got no reply. The barber was completely silent cutting my hair like he was in his own world and I came out the barbershop with basically my head shaved. The sides were at basically a skin fade and the back was uneven and un clean. I have never been more unsatisfied with a haircut and demand that this barber gets looked into because I have even seen other comments about the same barber doing the same thing. And after all of that I walked out having to pay about $50 for a terrible haircut. I will not be returning to roosters."
