"If I could leave zero stars I would. I specifically told the lady threading my eyebrows that I would like to keep them thick and keep the shape and that I only wanted to clean them up. I have never, ever had my eyebrows done so horrifically. She threaded off both of my arches leaving me with a straight brow and threaded one more than the other so my right one is double the size of the left. I cried in the bathroom right after it was so bad. WORST threading experience of my life."

"The first time I went, Rana threaded my eyebrows. She did a fantastic job and gave me her business card after with her hours. I went out of her hours, expecting another good experience, and I regret it. I was not please with the job that was done. Rana's hours are M-Th, 1-9!"
