"I had an appointment booked for a silk press with clip ins, but decided to opt for the deluxe silk press since my hair is so frizzy and I wasn't able to schedule a keratin treatment at the same time. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled by my stylist who wasn't feeling well. The ladies were very kind and patient with getting my deposit back to me which I greatly appreciate.
