"The stylist did a great job. I love the cut. They look me back almost immediately, so there was basically no waiting. And it was very affordable, only $30 for a cut (plus tip). That was without washing and with minimal styling. I would definitely go back! I didn't give them 5 stars because they could work on their customer service skills. When I called to make the appointment, the lady who answered the phone interrupted me constantly, to the point of being exasperating. I was trying to answer her questions about what services I needed and when I could come in, but I was barely able to get a word in edgewise. Finally, she told me to come in at 5 pm that evening and hung up on me. When I came for my appointment, they told me I was scheduled for 4 p.m., and they were not friendly about it. When I told them they were mistaken, they just told me to sit down and wait for them to find time for me. But then they called me back only a couple of minutes later. They do good work, and I recommend them. But they could improve on being more considerate of their customers."
