"They are NOT open 24 hours. False advertising is always a sign of poor management. Just so you understand, you actually screwed yourself out of business because of this. I work for a local hotel and this location was on a staff created list of nearby, grocery stores and gas stations because you advertised it as being 24 hours. After multiple front desk staff have been yelled at by tourist because we false ad advertised for you, you have now been blacklisted. We will not only be removing you from our recommendations list, but you are being moved to the blacklist, which is a list of places we actively tell people to avoid. When my staff is actively being abused, because of your incompetence, you get blacklisted."

"The staff are blunt, but atleast reasonable. The employees deal with very, very many frustratingly dumb customers and vagrants in a hostile-ish area. I cant say i would be greeting everyone with a giant smile, wasted time saying pleases and thank yous to customers who demand and are rude by default. Gas station pay on top of that? People, please think about and understand the crowd they deal with and why they are like that. (Rude as sh__ seemingly) I dont work here, nor do i have anything to do with anyone that does, but the "rude" complaints could genuinely be understood. I cant say I blame them for having to be stern, cut and dry for what and where their job is."

"Most of the pumps were out of gas and they do not accept US Passports as a form of valid ID which is insane to me. Spend your money somewhere else."

"Very bad customer service. We went in to buy hot chocolate, snacks, and to use the restroom. I went to ask the lady working there what the code was to the restroom and I just got out the word "ma'am" and before I could even ask, she immediately and very rudely says "NOPE." She didn't even wait for my question. My husband went up to the lady at the counter and he asked and both the ladies very rudely says "NO." I understand they may get a lot of rude people in their store, but there was no reason to treat us so poorly. We decided not to buy anything and left. We were shocked by their extreme rudeness."

"Supposed to be a 24 hour gas station pulled up here 8pm June 6th nearly out of gas and the store is closed. This is bad business not a good look. Workers just mia. All you doing is ringing up snacks and cookies"
