Gets them perfect every time. Takes her time and the atmosphere all around is perfect. My 4 year old comes with me every time. And there’s no problems. I found my forever nail salon."

"Bichonne nail spa is one of the best nail salons in Baton Rouge! I have been coming here for several of years, and have always been satisfied. The quality of work done on my nails is great, the staff is very professional, scheduling appointments is easy, and everything is kept clean! Unlike other salons, they also allow walk-ins on Sundays. They location is also very convenient as it is near Perkins Rowe and the Mall of Louisiana. Overall, Bichonne is the perfect place to come to get nails done with friends or for a special occasion, such as prom, weddings, and more!"

"I had the WORST experience today!! I give 5 stars because I have gone to bichonne for the past 9 years and have had no problems, however, I went today and had a nail tech assigned to me that was very sweet but totally incompetent. I had gel on my nails. She wrapped them and at 2 minutes, she started unwrapping them and using a dremel. She had the wrong attachment on, was very rough, nicked my cuticles several times and broke a couple of my nails to where they had to be cut way down and her comment was, "they will grow back"!!! Everytime, I would jump and she would say she was sorry but do it over and over again. I still gave her a tip because I know that she has bills to pay but she will never touch me again. Her name is TT. Get her some training!! You will lose customers over this."

"This place is terrible! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance & when I went in for my appointment, everything seemed fine. I was told to pick out my color and have a seat in one of the pedicure chairs. After waiting at least 15 min (with no water to soak my feet), I was told by the receptionist that they couldn’t do my pedicure because there wasn’t enough technicians available. She asked me to reschedule to another day & come back. I will absolutely not go back. The whole point of an appointment is to plan ahead & expect to be taken care of…especially in the service industry. I would give this place zero stars if google let me."

"Very nice and courteous establishment is clean. Staff is friendly, very attentive from the front desk to the technicians and their tools are auto clave which means they are sterilize. I will be coming back here again. Hot stones massage to the legs after wrap with hot towels my tired feet and legs needed this."
