"There was a style I really wanted to try out but the stylist just gave me a bob cut with bangs essentially which wasn't even close to what I wanted. When she added layers, it was like there were no layers at all. Did flips outs and in the end I received nothing like the photo yet spent $60 for something that I didn't want. I'm also 90% sure whatever products they use prevents hair growth because my hair usually grows fast but it's been 2-3 months and hasn't even grown an inch. Staff was super nice though."
