"Staff was very professional and friendly. My hair came out good but stayed wet the rest of the day. Less than 2 weeks later, I've notice that my hair was falling out in at alarming rate. Went to see my primary care for bloodwork she didn't find anything. I consulted a different hair stylist and she said that my hair is rotted and that's why they're falling out. After a chemical process, my hair should have been dried not sent away with wet hair. I went in for a hair texturizer, now my hair is falling out by the hand full daily. Pretty soon, I'll have to cut it all off. Needless to say that I'm not going there anymore."
