"Called, after being referred and was told they "FRITZ etc" does not repair Trans etc etc! WOW, then the person addressed on the phone said the car may have a bad/weak battery? No it's a NEW BATTERY, and they could not refer me to ANYBODY THAT CAN address my trans/cv joint issue! WOW, it was like I was talking to a kid in Auto Mech class in High School! VERY VERY SHOCKED & DISAPPOINTED! So I'm sitting with a $64k Benz and can't get a Mech or a Garage that Specializes in BENZ but oh NO we don't do Trans! Never expected to be so disappointed or turned down with a $$$ warranty and $$$ in my pocket! WOW, GERMAN AUTO EXPERTS, but NO TEANS work!"

"If you are black you will be treated as if you are poor yet charged 2 to 3 times over the actual cost. Jack is very rude ... he pretends to nice you but it's totally fake. There are no solid list prices and he always complains about how much it cost him to get parts. If he does not want to service you he will change up the pick up time to late in the afternoon even when you have set an appointment and already discussed the work that is to be done prior to arrival. This is my conclusion after using his service a few times. From the comments I'm realizing it's not just me. Others are experiencing the same thing with this company. If I could put 0 I would."

"Love the owner of this establishment. He is professional and honest. He explained in detail everything he was going to do to our car. He took photos and videos of his work. In addition to the aforementioned the car was ready on time. After picking up my car, they also called me to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are grateful to have found this gem and would definitely recommend this shop if you need white glove service at fair pricing for your Mercedes Benz."
