"I dropped my car off at champion auto. Alba told me that she would call in the morning and tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. I received zero response from her, so I called the shop and was told that they were unable to diagnose the problem and that they would need to continue troubleshooting. I waited patiently for six days in total without even a progress report, so I decided to call on Friday morning. After six days, they were unable to diagnose the problem and proceeded to tell me that they had replaced the fuse box under the hood and a blower motor behind the dash. What happened to calling me before doing such a thing??? Well, when you are a parts changer, that’s all you’re capable of, but when you are a mechanic, you accurate diagnosis problems in a timely and professional manner. These people are mere parts changers! Alba also told me that my car would stay within the secure lot, it did not! I have pictures of my car parked outside all weekend long. After being without my car and receiving zero phone calls for six days, I called them and told them I was coming to get my car, they said wait :15 min. and they would call me back before coming. I waited 1.5 hours and nobody called me back, so I went down to the shop to get my car. I waited an additional hour in their shop waiting room to receive my car and when I finally did get it back it was still not fixed. In addition, they neglected to install the bolts that hold my grill in place, so consequently, while driving my car back home, the grill fell off my car onto airline Hwy. and was destroyed by cars behind me. This place is utterly ridiculous. The only workers I saw at their location were an elderly man and a young child. I wonder what qualifications they hold as an automotive mechanic. AVOID THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE. If you decide to do otherwise, just remember: Joe Yenni building and bring $75.50 with you as well as all your video and audio recordings and file a claim as I will do this week."
