"Bringing my car to this shop was the worst experience of my life. I’m writing this review today so others don’t make the same mistake. I was told by the owner of the shop at the end of this experience that they don’t do time frames and can’t give an estimate of how long it will take. I felt like I was overcharged from the beginning no prices were ever exchanged till the second time I brought my car here when I made it clear I needed a quote not just being told I’d be taken care of. This was all after I waited with my messed up car for a week for my second appointment Monday morning after the car just got out of his shop and had to go back for the same issues. The car sat outside his shop for days end until Friday I finally received a call with a quote to fix the same issues that I brought it there for at first and more at this point. When I made him break down the quote was when he explained he was charging labor to fix the same things I was charged for originally. I’m sure if you had all the time in the world Jeff would be able to take great care of you. But if you want your car back in a timely manner I suggest you bring your business else where."
