"I visited on a Sunday around lunch time. Service: There is only 1 stylist, on Sundays. This wouldn't be an issue if the stylist's only job was to cut hair. But she also has to tend to the customers buying products and others coming in to ask about wait times, etc. This leaves clients, mid-haircut, waiting for the stylist to return to finish the cut. Please have 2 stylists at all times OR 1 stylist and 1 front-desk employee, to remedy this situation. Thank you. After I asked, stylist said there was no wait list. So, if I went shopping and someone else arrived, she would have to cut their hair first. I decided to stay and wait, but it would be nice to have this option. Please add a wait list for the convenience of your customers. Thank you. When it was time to get my haircut, I asked for an inverted bob. She said she wasnt good at those and that I could come back, Thursday, for her manager to cut my hair. I asked her to show me a pic of a similar haircut she could do. I continued with the haircut because I just wanted the length cut off. It came out decent. I say decent because it was a fairly simple cut but it actually came out straight at the bottom. Because my hair is very thick, i usually find stray hairs that are left too long, but this time I didnt. Although I declined the shampoo, I didnt realize it was included in the price, until after I paid. A complimentary shampoo is provided with all haircuts. Just something for others to know, if yall are interested. Cost: I paid $23 (not including tip) for my haircut, which actually surprised me because prices for everything have gone up, in the past couple of years. I dont remember how much they used to charge, but $23 cant buy you much nowadays. Im glad it could buy me a haircut. Environment: The salon is kept clean. The stylist blow-dryes the chair and sweeps the cut hair, after every client. Not sure about sterilization because I wasnt paying too much attention. I would hope that they sterilize the tools after every client. Overall, I am satisfied with my haircut. I just feel some things could be improved to make it more client/customer-friendly. This is the reason for the 3-stars. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a decent inexpensive haircut. But I would not recommend for those looking for a shaved haircut. The stylist mentioned not having a barber's license so she could not use a razor for shaving down to the skin."

"I was charged for shampoo when my hair wasn't washed or even dried after being cut. I told the girl to leave it long. I even showed pictures of long hair and I'm not lying my hair isn't even 2 inches off my head now. The back is cut to my scalp. And crooked. And looks like a kindergartner went at me with some kitchen scissors while I was asleep. My daughter also got her hair cut. Then I went back to see if they could make it straight because it was so crooked & it was worse the 2nd time. At least they understand don't cut more than an inch means cut 6 inches off my daughter's hair. I CANT BELIEVE I HAD TO PAY TO GET MY HAIR BUTCHERED BUT ILL BE STOPPING PAYMENT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING."
