Queen Nails and Spa

"Made a call ahead appointment for my MIL and myself. I had to settle for a basic style because I was told the lady who did nail art wasn’t there. I asked that the nails be made thicker so they were less likely to break while I was at work. And had to ask a second time because she didn’t lay it thick enough(she still didn’t fix it) so after she filed them down with the dremel and they were even thinner I asked if they broke what their policy was on getting them fixed and her and the lady working next to her both got snippy and said that they had a 5 day policy I repeated that I had asked for them to be done thicker and that it wasn’t done and that the lengths of each nail were all over the place they ignored me and the women continued to work then she said she would fix it but as she was using the dremel on the other hand she knicked me multiple times when she hadn’t on the first hand I told her don’t Worry about fixing it because I didn’t want to be scrapped all up. Don’t put a sign up saying to request issues be fixed before you leave the salon if the workers are going to be rude and careless when you do. The simple design came out pretty ugly but she said she could do it when I showed it to her but I wasn’t going to ask her to fix it because god knows what she would have done then. They also kept bothering my mother in law with some new polish colors that they got in until she finally gave in and chose the color they kept shoving at her. She wanted white and ended up with brown sparkles. It’s sad to say that this was by far the worst visit I’ve had at a salon especially because they were so good when they first opened. "I regularly come every 2 weeks and I came today and the lady in the shop her name is Tina or angel one and she said come back in one hour so we called to make sure we still had our spot and the lady that answerd the phone has an attitude and was very rude she told us we couldn’t come today cause they have. 5 people ahead and she said well y’all should have stayed and she told me she didn’t even tell us to come back in 1 hour and was rude about it so y’all lost our service and I won’t be back for a good while if I even come back."

"The waiting is always very long and when they finally doing my nails they rush to get it done. Last time I went in, I only needed my eyebrows done. They turned me away immediately saying “We are busy, we can’t do eyebrows today.” But yet they only had two clients."

"I have had my nails done multiple times in my life, and I can say hands down (no pun intended) that this was my best set ever. So clean, so beautiful and close to the nail at the cuticle, so that it looks natural (like I wanted). My nail artist really took their time and took good care of me. I also received a pedicure by a different technician and love how my feet look and feel! The ambience was relaxing, clean, and everyone was professional. I am from out of state, but if I’m ever back in MC.. this is where it’s at."
