"I use to go here every two weeks since they’ve opened here to get my mani/pedi. And I call ahead of time before I come with an appointment. Last time I waited over two hours. I asked them today please not have me wait that long again I can just come back when I spoke with the person on the phone. Get there & seat me as if she was going to do my nails. Then come a lady walked in and told them she needs to be out by a certain time and they took her in immediately with no appointment and didn’t honor the ones who were sitting waiting already. I will not return. You all lost a valued client. And judging from how the other lady sitting paid attention to what you all did she probably won’t be back either because she seen what I seen.
