"Will NEVER USE AGAIN. They put the drain plug on so tight the head on the bolt was stripped. I had to beat a socket on the bolt to get it off. I had to bust the oil filter with a screw driver!!! Stay away from this place!!"

I called to let them know what happened and they would NOT take reasonability for their actions. All he did was deny it. I have paperwork to prove he done it.
