He referred me to Michael Lacour who understood my sense of urgency and ensured me that this car was mine by guiding me through the sales process and working with my bank directly to get the necessary documents. We were able get everything approved swiftly and I went the following day to pick up my beautiful QX70! He even double checked the car under the hood, AND I was able to follow him to Hertz to drop off my rental and bring him back to the dealership. Customer service at its best! Everyone was so nice and it was a very pleasant experience in spite of the terrifying one I'd just had totaling my previous vehicle."
