"So I recently got my haircut from Shone Savoy who was a very informative lady. She taught me on what a finger curl is and why it isn't technically a haircut, why you don't cut curly hair wet, how some shampoos use alcohol that damages hair and why conditioner is very important. She also gave me a really great haircut that I want to say made me happy. My co-workers and managers were very impressed and almost didn't recognize me without my usually characteristic curls. The curl management cream would be very useful actually as I am about to do my first cosplay in years as a character that would use a cream to slick their hair back. However why this isn't a higher rating is because while she sat me down at 2:24pm for my appointment, she didn't really start on my hair until 2:45pm. She seemed very distracted by other guests and the goings on of her employees and co-workers that she bumped me in the head once. How she also gave me this information was very sharp and almost impatient, as if I was supposed to learn these things. She tried to upsell me on an eyebrow wax, and the words she used specifically was a 'unibrow'. I was very insecure about it to the point I asked my coworkers and managers if I really had one (They said I didn't and thought I recently waxed them). It even troubled my mom who recommended me Shone after she got her hair dyed from her at the same MasterCuts. My mom said that my eyebrows needed cleaning (as my eyebrows make me look severe when I don't) but they weren't a 'unibrow' but just bushy eyebrows that happened to have a bit of redness from a pimple. Regardless, words like 'unibrow' really made my feelings hurt, and upselling me with harsh words is probably not a great marketing tactic. There is a likely chance we are going to the SuperCuts in Country Club Road instead if this attitude persists which is a shame because MasterCuts is so close to my workplace and it feels nice to walk to MasterCuts."

"Do not let them cut your little boys hair! One stylist had no idea what she was doing. She was in a rush because she had an appointment coming in, in 30 minutes! My son gets buzzed everywhere but the top. His hair looked awful. I had to fix it when I got home. Never again. Club Tabby does amazing at a way better price!"

"The manager is rude and embarrassed a new stylist in front of a packed salon because she misquoted me a price on a blow out. She intentionally went down each chair and made every single stylist say out loud how much a blow out is. The manager ended up doing my hair and while she took 2 whole minutes to shampoo my hair, she was busy talking to another stylist and slapped her shampoo filled hands across my forehead and eyelids. At the end of the hair cut, I asked for more layering and she had an attitude because she wasn't done. Very overpriced on services and Very rude. Will not be back."

"Nice people but don't know anything about hair. Two separate dressers messed up my son's hair, or just plain missed a very large amount of long corners, on two different occasions. I would never trust this shop with my hair and won't be taking my baby there anymore. A little boy hair cute is probably the most simple thing and they did it poorly."

"The manager lady did my hair. She did not listen to what I said when I explained what I wanted done and went ahead and just did what she wanted to do. She had the worst highlighting technique I have ever seen and made my hair spotted on the side of my head. Not to mention charged me a fortune to do it. I will not be returning to her again. On the other hand the girl who did my sisters hair was fabulous!"
