"I did not know they didn't flat iron after 3oclock. I got there at 3:30 they finished washing my hair at 5.They had plenty of time to flat iron my hair. I understand this is a beauty school but they should mention that they don't flat iron somewhere on a board sign something. Oh and they close at 6:00."

Instead of an instructor assisting her or walking her through the process, I was told she was the next in line. The student was very nice, though."
