Every time I have had United Collision fix my truck it has been a really great job so I'm bringing them back again for my 2022 accident I was hit the day after Christmas. How hard is it to get a form go outside for 15 to 30 seconds look at my car then write my quote down and give it to me. I mean come on people if you don't wanna do business then shut down already."

"I was in a car accident in august and was referred to United Collision by State Farm to get my bumper fixed. Started talking with Hi at the end of October/early November and he told me to send pictures of my vehicle’s damage and all the information. Weeks go by and I don’t hear anything from him. I call and leave messages and I’m never responded to. I text him and I’m left on read. I do not recommend this place at all. Extremely unprofessional. I’m now 8 months pregnant and my car is still not fixed. Thankfully I was able to find a better place who will be getting my car fixed in a timely manner and they actually answer the phone."
