"Absolutely trash service. Ordered at one restaurant, said my food wasn't there. Then said it was at another store. Then said it was at the first store but got taken by a door dasher. Then said they remembered me coming to get it and they spoke to me when they hadn't. Lied, gave me the run around, food was mediocre. Management was extremely rude. Refused even a partial refund even though I had a terrible experience. When you would like to make a complaint there is nowhere to do it. Store owners don't care and Jersey Mike's has zero accountability as a corporation. They do not care if franchisees are terrible bc there's nowhere to even place a complaint besides one email that of course, never even received a reply."

"I am a huge Jersey Mike’s fan and this location is a really good one. The young employees were super friendly and helpful with my requests. They carefully sliced the meats and put a lot of care into my sandwich.. the bread and toppings were super fresh. Will definitely be back!"

"I Really don’t like to write a review in my book if nothing is said then you’re doing a great job.. I tend to order only 2 types of subs from this place when ever Im in town but I first experience this place in other states.. when it came to my hometown i was super happy. as a trucker you know we love our food and the few times iv ordered from this place here in metairie I haven’t been disappointed until now. If i pay $28 for a philly i expect to have what i ordered. Sadly tonight its not what i ordered!! Its lacking onions and mushrooms and iv ordered extra meat which is lacking.. i ASK FOR FINELY CHOPPED INGREDIENTS AND ITS NOT. Remember me cause tonight im disappointed and sadly im going to return to jimmy jhons cause they are if anything consistent."

"Sandwiches are ok if you like Subway style. I don’t like the bread cut in two sections because the salad is falling and making mess. For the hot sandwiches, I personally would be more satisfied if the bread was grilled or toasted."
