"We scheduled a ride to the airport. We scheduled it several days in advance and confirmed it the day before our flight. We even went so far as to ask if we could expect the driver on time and were told “of course”. The driver never showed up. We called after the driver was more than 10 minutes late and were told that no one was coming! No one from Yellow Cab contacted us! Had we not called and continued to wait we would have missed our flight! They offered no apology. Only thing they said was “ I don’t know what to tell you” Don’t trust them. They are not dependable. I gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give zero stars."

"If I could give these people zero stars I would definitely not worth one star. I orderd a cab yesterday after getting off from cutting hair all day . Never showed I had to walk six miles to my house .never even got a call these positive reviews they have are fake trust I run a business I know . But yellow cab this is redicouls y'all have the potential to put Uber Lyft out of business but y'all lazy need to hire better employees cause no one cares not even the dispatcher. Sad sad"

"The owners of this place are solely money hungry and do not care about their clients! I asked in advanced to book a very early ride and they said yes. The day of comes and the driver calls me laughing saying he’s late. I specifically asked in advance and they kept reassuring me it could be done. The day of, I contacted them for an update because it was past the scheduled time. The man who answered sounded irritated and continually cut me off while I was speaking. I do not recommend this service- its just better to get an Uber or Lyft (ironically mine ended up way cheaper than what they offered including the tip I gave). It’s not acceptable to have clients waiting for over 30 minutes to get to their ride. It’s dangerous and unsafe! Overall, customer service is poor and they aren’t reliable. It’s best to take your money somewhere else."
