"Horrible service! Went in for a manicure and left with 2 bleeding fingers. Maybe spent 2 minutes on my hand. Didn’t use sterilized tools nor did they use lotion to push back my cuticles. Too bad you can’t give negative star ratings. Don’t waste your hard earned money here"

"Very friendly but they rush you as soon as you walk in. They don't even give you a chance to look at the colors they offer. They are very quick but it shows. This is my 2nd time to go here. I thought I would give them another shot. I will not be back. I got my nails and feet done 3 days ago and it's already chipped. It had air bubbles in it the same day and my cuticles are butchered. I do not recommend this place!"

"I got my nails done by Mai on chair 2 and she was fantastic!! I have not had anyone as gentle on the cuticles as she was when I showed her an inspiration photo she was able to get me exactly what I wanted and the shape I liked highly recommend her :)"

"Absolutely do not go here, really rude and do not offer refunds. Went here today, and had the worst experience. Didn’t know how to do chrome but still proceeded to do the chrome powder on my nails and it looked awful so I asked them to take it off. They took it off, and then left powder all over my cuticles and didn’t clean them or try and make them look presentable. The powder was also patchy, and I was there for 3 1/2 hours total after they tried redoing them, I asked for a refund and they said they would give me one. Once I went to get the refund, they said they never said they would do a refund but they would fix them. I said no I would just like a refund because I’ve already been here for over 3 hours and y’all have already tried fixing them. They then proceeded to gaslight me and say they never said I would get a refund. They completely refused, and we’re trying to pull me into the chair to fix them by grabbing my arm. Extremely unprofessional and cheap, they just wanted the money, didn’t care about offering a satisfactory product. I will say, mostly everyone seemed satisfied with their nails, but would not recommend going outside the box. Been to plenty other nail techs and never have even asked to take something off because it looked awful. Now not only did I spend money on nails that are messy, and different shades because of the patchiness, I also have to go somewhere else to get them fixed."

"Im fairly new to the area. Nice, friendly a very pleasant place to get your nails done reasonably price. Quite a few customers were there and I got in and out. I only went gor was a pedicure. Next time both hands and feet. My friend brought me here and I definitely be back."
