"If you have set plans or an itinerary, do not waste your time/resources with This car rental location. My pick up was set for 1am, I arrived At 12:41am, no one was available. I was Told to go to the national booth because they can give out enterprise vehicles, arrived there at 12:55am, still no one available. We should not be able to make reservations for times that the business is unavailable."

"Been waiting for 50minutes so far in the parking garage and there are still 3 people ahead of me. Just to pick up a vehicle. The counter in the airport says “please visit 3rd floor garage”. This is not the ONE employees fault, this is managements fault. It’s Mardi Gras weekend, it should be obvious that this location Would be slammed at this time. Thank god, I don’t have my children with me and it’s not the middle of July. We would all die of a heat stroke. This is utterly ridiculous."

"When I arrived around 9:00 pm the person that helped me was short and a bit on the rude side. It may have been due to it being toward the end of a long day. The gentleman who checked in my rental, was the exact opposite, providing good customer service. This gentleman alone brought the rating from one star to three."

"I made a reservation on a corporate account for a full size pickup truck well in advance of arriving, but when I arrived, there was not one on site. This has happened on several occasions. Seems like lots of favoritism is at play here at times just by observing. Very agitating. Sometimes I wonder what is the point of making reservations….."

"My car was not ready at the appointed time, the hours at the location have changed, it was a minor inconvenience. I should have received a discount because of this, I have been renting vehicles for a long time, and was not pleased with the service on my last rental. The enterprise representative was very nice and he did apologize for the inconvenience."
