"All the staff members inside center were very friendly but customer service was very awful! I dropped off my vehicle for repairs on the 6th and was told I will get a phone call later with an update. A rep called the next day giving me a few options and letting me know everything will be ready by tomorrow. On the 8th, i had to call multiple time to request a call back so i could pick up my vehicle. Finally i received a call back that evening with information that repairs will be completed on the 13th ( which was not an issue). I called multiple times that day to see what time i should come (because i also needed to return the car i had to rent). I never did get an answer or a call back. I called all day on the 14th and was told to leave a message and someone would call me back. That never happened. I called later that evening and was told the rep and service tech was sick, so no one could give me an answer. I called all day on the 15th as well, and kept being told i would receive a call, which never happened. One rep said i needed to know the name of my service rep or wait for a call back! Very disappointing! So finally, i drove to the center to get an answer and was told my vehicle will be ready in 10 minutes!! Not sure how many days would have passed had i not gone in person! I had to pay for a rental car for extra days based on a lack of communication. Not a great experience!"
"Honestly, we were not a fan of the service department at the previous dealership, and had decided we would take our business elsewhere. However, we had to get a spare tire for our car, and Hyundai was equivalent or less expensive than some of the tire places. Some places didn’t even carry the type of tire we needed. So we made an appointment to have it installed at the new dealership location. We were very pleased with the service and the new place. Then we got the upgrade for the anti-theft software, so we made an appointment to do that and get the 24 point inspection done. We ended up needing the car aligned and decided to do it there. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was so friendly and everything was done in about 2 hours. So we will be back!"
"They kept my car 13 days. It was a week before service rep called saying the fix would be $200, but the car needed $1500 worth of other repairs. 1-A new battery, but AutoZone put one in four days before I dropped it off. 2-Rear struts were leaking And needed to be replaced thus necessitating a realignment also. Mavis Tire had done exactly that about a month ago. 3-New spark plugs and injectors. Plus others. I refused since I did not trust them. I did authorize $200 to fix the original problem. 13 days later I went and demanded my car. Here are the new problems that it did not have. 1-Side mirrors will not adjust. 2-Information display says door open when it is not. 3-Electronic thumb entry does not work. UPDATE: They asked me below to contact them. I already have. I left two messages with Mr. N and one with Mr. B of All-Star Automotive Group and got no return all. I responded to a request for an evaluation. I supplied a five page detail description of what things were said and done. They responded to none of my attempts to discuss this before I posted this review."
"I brought my new luxury GV80 suv to the service department for scheduled maintenance and it was returned to me with oil all over the interior. There were oil fingerprints on my glove box, visor, dash, seats , and floor mat. I’m not sure why they would need to go in my glove box or even enter the vehicle with that much crude on themselves. Not sure what to do about service seeing they are the only genesis dealer in Baton Rouge. I have called Johnathan the service manager and left 4 messages and no return calls. I guess customers satisfaction is not important to them. Whoever reviews this message needs to have them contact me. Ask Johnathan why he isn’t returning my call. I want my floor mats replaced because they are full of oil. Also they tried to charge me for service when service is included on the new vehicle. They corrected that but charged me to replace the air filter and didn’t ask me if I wanted that done. Three more days still no call."
