"Just to warn anyone before they give this shop a chance they tried to charge me almost $700 to do a forced Regen on my truck which is normally only around $120 bucks.. Nothing else was done I requested a forced Regen and that's all that was done they plugged it in and did a Regen and some how they tried to justify almost $700 .. The workers where respectful but the owner is very rude and not professional.. The excuse was they spent a bunch of money on equipment for the shop.. I've been to many shops and I've paid some high invoices but never have I ever had such a bad experience. Not to mention when I first called I was told a outcall would be $245.00 so instead I drove the truck to the shop. After Regen they stated they had to wait for the boss to come and collect the payment and that's what they came up with.. Regen took a hour but they spend the previous hours trying to get there system to connect to wifi and another hour for the boss to show up and come up with amount to be charged.."
