"I was referred here by a dentist , I was never informed that the cap was not included I got 3 root canals done so instead of being out of $4500 I also had to lose 3 teeth because I couldn’t afford to pay another $4500 to have the treated teeth capped off. I was informed by the assistant cap would come in a 2 week timeframe that was obviously a lie as I called 2 weeks later and was informed capping was not a part of the process. Would not recommend"
