"Nice dentists/techs; terrible front office. Told me AFTER my visit they don’t take my dental insurance - said essentially it’s not worth the office’s effort to take insurance for military/federal employees/retirees. Been going there 9 yrs. Last year they informed us they had dropped our insurer (Metlife) - they filed a claim for us as out-of-network and we paid the difference. I checked with the office and changed insurance to one they said they accepted. This month I went to appointment, gave them new insurance card, proceeded with visit. After visit they informed me they DON’T take the federal version of Blue Cross, I had to pay in full and file my own out-f-network claim. And the woman who manages insurance was fairly surly about it. I’m now finding a new dentist."
