I became a new patient after speaking with their professional office receptionist just on an unrelated issue. Her professionalism during the conversation prompted me to change dentist. I quickly made an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted as if they had known my for years. I felt welcomed and comfortable. During my exam, the dental hygienist was very informative and explained each procedure as it occurred. It made me comfortable and the level of fear from the drilling disappeared.
