"I have been waiting a month for a refund on my online order from this store. I have emailed the company directly and they said it is out of gear hands because each store is privately owned. Then I email Evan and he just says he's sorry and that he'll talk to the franchisee. I still haven't received my refund, nor have a gotten a response. The store was closed even though the hours were during their open time. No one was in the store, no food was out, and the lights were off. I will continue to write reviews and email corporate until I get my money back. I will also tell everyone not to order from this store."
