"My wife ordered two Philly Cheesesteaks for us online via the Primo website. When I arrived at the restaurant, they explained that they gave our food to someone else and had to remake our order. My wife's cheesesteak had no cheese on it and she ordered peppers on the side that were omitted from the bag they handed me. The staff seemed young and poorly trained. My cheesesteak was ok. We will probably give them another try to see if this was just a bad day. Everyone has bad days."
"The quality of the bread, meats and cheeses is top notch and don't forget to check out the cooler they have to the right of the register. There's a bunch of goodies in there and they also have a pretty awesome chip selection to go with your sandwich. It's way good."
"In a town of sandwiches, it’s hard to say that this really stands out as anything special, but it wasn’t bad either. The bread was the best part of my sandwich, texture and flavors were spot on. Kitchen looked clean, tables in the dining area were wiped down. Shy staff that mumbled my order total to me, but they got the job done. Didn’t think there was the amount of meats / trinkets in my sandwich that there should be but I’m not going to argue with food costs everywhere are going up. Dining room was giving Subway circa 2005. Overall, for upwards of twenty dollars (including tip), I can’t say I’ll be back for an overall mid Italian deli sandwich, but I hope for the best. At least they renovated the space, kinda nice of them."
"Thank god this place opened. As much as I love a good parkway poboy my go to are Italian sandwiches for comfort food. Growing up eating at Sarcone’s and the original Pal Joeys, Primos is a breath of fresh air in New Orlean’s saturated and mediocre sandwich game. Get any of the Italians on the seeded roll. Don’t forget to get a side of pepper shooters also and maybe a side of long hots and broccoli rabe too. Note: for people wanting a real Philly cheesesteak check out yinzers."
