"My Toyota Sienna (van) over-heated and stalled while I was enroute to Lafayette a couple of days ago - I had it towed to Bertinot's at the recommendation of my son who swears by Larry Bertinot's quality work and impeccable honesty !! Larry diagnosed the problem as a faulty water pump and thermostat - He was very busy as usual, but he "fit me in" and got me "back in operation" in a couple of days at a very reasonable price. He will have all of my service work from now on !!!!"

Every time I have brought my vehicle in, they gave me a fair and honest price and explained exactly what was done and why. Also a bonus that they always have my car ready before their promised time, sometimes by a whole day!
