Not a happy customer today"

"Quoted 1745 to fix my car. When l went to sign out they charged me 5000. It was a good thing l had the money. I can't possibly tell you how upset l was. Then, when l was driving home l noticed the check engine light was on. The service manager wouldn't look me in the eye. Be aware of this. Record and take pictures of everything."

"Service department is great. Car rental department not so much. Reserved rental vehicle, checked my vehicle in for repair, gave them all the information for rental and they pulled up the rental vehicle. Then waited for about 15- 20 minutes in lobby for rental person. I then inquired about rental and was told it would be another 15 minutes before I would see the "rental person". I thought it would be very convenient to get rental there, rather than have someone pick me up and bring me home. That was not the case. I am very disappointed."
